Superego:

Self-conscious effort to monitor one’s closeness, loyalty, likes and dislikes and regulate oneself through judgments about capability, growth, and unrealized potential based on this information.

Fi role (contact, accepting):
-Self-conscious and dutiful about having the right level of closeness, loyalty, and appropriate personal regard
-Sensitivity to judgement about their warmth, sincerity, or treatment of others
-Effortful adaptation to what is expected of them when it comes to relationships, tact, or personal consideration

Ne vulnerable:
-Avoids making claims about potential, hidden talent, possibilities, or what people could become
-Anxiety when their sense of imagination or ability-spotting is spotlighted
-Doubtful about whether their judgments of capability or future options are correct
-Tense, prickly, and dismissive of pressure to perform when it comes to brainstorming, speculation, or seeing possibilities

Ego:
Ti->Se

Confident reading of systems, hierarchies and objective relations, which is then transformed into force, presence, discipline, and effective assertion.

Ti leading (inert, accepting):
-Confident sense of how structures, rules, and hierarchies logically work
-Consistent sense of rank, order, leverage, and objective relations
-Resilient to criticism from those who claim that their structural understanding is wrong
-Dismissive of the opinions of others when it comes to what is organized, legitimate, or logically sound

-Force is used as a flexible tool
-Assertion is developed through experience and tested against reality
-Strength is situational, is not experienced as a consistent duty
-Open to correction of their methods of pressure but will consider the criticism according to their own rubric

Need for emotional momentum, atmosphere, passion and expressive energy, which activates feelings of direction, timing, and future certainty.
